Our snow removal service is provided on a pay-per-clear basis in keeping with Municipal By-laws, which means that you only pay for the times when we actually clear your driveway of snow.

We help you be in compliance with Toronto Municipal Code, and *Pickering City Bylaws regarding snow and ice removal; 12 Gates Property Services provide homeowners or occupants snow removal services within 12 hours/*24 hours (in Pickering) after any fall of snow, rain or hail has ceased, and will clear away and completely remove snow and ice from any sidewalk on any highway in front of, alongside or at the rear of the building.
