Since August 2022 the Affordable Housing Innovation Fund is not just a financial injection; it's a catalyst for change. These criteria include the development of at least five new affordable units, renovations or retrofits, implementation of innovative design or financing models, and a commitment to maintaining unit affordability for a minimum of 10 years.
